At PinkCherry Canada, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns on all eligible items. Please ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any Canada Post location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
