Because this pump is so large, we highly suggest measuring before buying. If you're not at the recommended size, you won't reap all the fantastic benefits of a properly fitted pump. There are nice clear markings on the side of the box, so if you don't feel like getting out a ruler, just compare your erection to the markings. If you fall between the two orange lines, you're good to go.
Once in the tub or shower, you'll fill the inner cylinder with water and insert your relaxed (un-erect) penis inside. There's a slanted side to the gaiter's sealing ring, this should be placed against your scrotum to avoid any discomfort.
